What is the Interpro Fitness rewards program?
The Interpro Fitness Rewards program is a fitness loyalty program where customers earn points for shopping, referring friends and engaging with the brand. Points can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive offers on Interpro Fitness gymwear.
Is the Interpro Fitness rewards program free to join?
Yes. Joining the rewards program is completely free. Simply create an account and start earning points immediately.
How do I earn reward points?
You can earn points by purchasing Interpro Fitness products, referring friends, creating an account and participating in promotions within the loyalty program. In addition you will earn points on your birthday! Refer to the section above named EARN POINTS to view all the ways in which you can earn points.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for discounts on Interpro Fitness gym clothing and activewear directly at checkout.
How do I view my rewards balance?
You are able to see your points balance within your account
Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'available', 'pending' and ‘voided’ statuses mean?
- Available: These points can be redeemed on Insider Perks immediately
- Pending: Some points can take up to 14 days to be added to your account, such as points acquired from purchases. These points will be available to redeem after the waiting period.
- Voided: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to voided)
What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become voided and will be removed from your account.
I completed an action but didn't earn points. What do I do?
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. However, if it has been more than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team
Do my reward points expire?
Your points expire after 12 months after your last purchase. If you haven't placed any orders from the point you joined then your points will expire from the time you registered your account.
Why did my points balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I returned part of my order. Will the points I used on a reward be put back into my account balance?
Unfortunately you will not receive your points back for a partial refund
Can I save the rest of my points remaining on my voucher code for later redemption?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to save any un-used points from a voucher code. We suggest if you have a code for an amount to use, that you ensure you use the full voucher to take complete advantage of your Interpro perks
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
In many cases rewards can be applied alongside promotional offers, depending on the specific promotion.
It looks like I’ve dropped a tier in my Interpro status. What happened?
Your Interpro tier status lasts 12 months, you must maintain the yearly spend with us to stay within your tier.
