Our returns policy is listed below. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they meet the following conditions:
- All products must be in pristine condition
- Clothing must be unwashed, and any tags still attached
- Non-clothing products must be unopened, unused and any seals intact
- For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns of underwear
If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
To action your return please refer to the following steps:
- Raise your return request by contacting email@example.com please ensure you include your order number and the name on the order in the title of the email
- We will acknowledge your return and issue a return number
- Return your item to the following address, Interpro Fitness 3B Westquay House, 20 West Street Fareham PO16 0LG. Include a printed copy of the return number email within your parcel
- Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way! If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact our returns department firstname.lastname@example.org
